1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days across India. Express shipping takes 2-4 days. We also offer same-day delivery in Vadodara and Ahmedabad.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email and SMS. You can also visit our 'Track Order' page.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe), and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
4. Can I return a personalized gift?
Personalized items are unique to you and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Please check our Return Policy for details.
