Customer satisfaction is our priority at The Maryam. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Personalized Items
Products that have been personalized with names, dates, or photos are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. We verify all custom details before crafting to ensure accuracy.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us photos/video of the damaged item and packaging via WhatsApp or Email.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
- Pickup will be arranged from your doorstep.
3. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and received, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours. The amount will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Bank) within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Since we start crafting personalized items immediately, we cannot accept cancellations after this window.
